Policies
Please read the policies carefully before booking.
Neglecting any policy will result in denial of service and ban from booking again.
Deposit
- 30EUR deposit is required to book an appointment
- be deposit ready when trying to book
- deposit is to be sent via Revolute/Paypal exclusively
- deposit is non-refundable
- deposit should only be sent after we both agree on the date and time
- do not write anything in the "add note" field when sending deposit
until the deposit is sent your appointment is not secured, thus your desired date and time are open to be taken by other clients
Scheduling
- have the references/inspo pics/moodboards ready when trying to book
- rescheduling more than once will result in a fee 15EUR
Appointments
- no guests allowed on the appointment
- there is a 10min grace period
- the usual time of the appointment is 2-4 hours
- payment on the appointment is in cash only
if you are running late please inform me as soon as possible - if you are late 15min+ and you are not replying -> your appointment is cancelled
